Is M City 2 a Good investment Opportunity?

Most definitely! The prices of M City Tower 1 and Tower 2 are absolutely fantastic. As reported in my Square One Condo Market March 2017 Report, the resale condos in Mississauga go for around $580 per sq ft. M City Tower 1 condos sold for approx. $625 per sq ft.

Bear in mind that the occupancy date for M2 is in 2021. So you are looking at an approx. $650 per sq ft price in 4-5 years time from now.

M City gets my overall thumbs up! The prices are undoubtedly strategic and it will be very hard for other Square One builder new projects like Daniel’s City Centre, to beat the M City prices.
