One Yonge Condos will be located at 1-7 Yonge Street, near Toronto at Yonge & Lakeshore Intersection. One Yonge Condos are being built across the Toronto Star building in Downtown Toronto, and will provide great city and lake views.
One Yonge community includes a set of three residential towers (65, 80 and 95 storeys high), a hotel, an office tower and a future park. One Yonge Community is being built by the renowned builder, Pinnacle International.
The 1st phase includes The Prestige residential condo tower. Prices start from $600,000 with Occupancy in May 2022.
