Parkside Condos are located in 30-acre master-planned Parkside Village development, a large-scale, mixed-use residential community in the Mississauga City Centre area. Parkside Village is being built by Amacon builder, a well known Canadian builder who has successfully completed many condominium projects in Mississauga (Capri, Eve, Elle, Eden) and Vancouver.
Once fully completed, Parkside Village will have about 6,000 residential units and will be home to approx. 12,000 people. The development promises to bring in a vibrant street life, parks, Old Montreal like wide sidewalks, stores and restaurants and a recreation centre with a music stage.

Parkside Village is a short bus ride to the GO Train system to encourage commuting and reducing the carbon footprint.
Parkside – Condos Update
The developer has sold five Parkside towers, and low rise townhouses called The Towns. These towers are Parkside Residence; Grand Residence and The Park. The Residence, Grand Residence and Park Residence at 4065 Brickstone Mews, 4070 Confederation and 4099 Brickstone Mews in Mississauga are already up and running. PSV Condos in Block 7 (intersection of Confederation and Burnhamthorpe Rd) is the second phase of Parkside Village. PSV One – Posh Style Vibe and PSV 2 are under construction. They are slated for completion in mid 2016 and early 2017.
Parkside Condos, PSV ONE and PSV 2 are soaring 48 storey condo towers that will share 30,000 square feet of amenities. Units range in size from 550 sq ft to1,300+ sq ft (1 BR, 2 BR, 2 BR+den and 3 BR units). Prices start from mid 200,000s and include one parking and locker. Condo fee is approximately 0.49 cents per square feet and maintenance fee for locker and parking is approx. $55 per month.

Parkside – Block Nine and Cloud Nine Townhouses
Block Nine is the newest phase and comprises of North and South towers to be completed in 2018 and 2019.
Block Nine Condos will have 578 units with two 26 storey tall towers, connected by the 7-storey podium. There are also some townhouses available for sale at Block Nine.
