The Absolute Club is the state of art club with a master plan of 30,000 sq feet of amenities area, giving access to residents of all the five towers of the Absolute Towers. Price To own Absolute Condos
Absolute condos at 70, 80 and 90 Absolute Avenue are up and running. The current price to buy Absolute condos is approx. $375 to $400 per square feet. The condos at Absolute World 1 and 2 (50 and 60 Absolute Ave.) will be priced at much higher prices than the other three towers. Condo fees are approx. 50-60 cents per square feet (depending on what is include, e.g. no. of parking spaces, locker etc.)
