My experience of buying & investing in high rise condo at downtown Mississauga has been very good thanks to Amit Kalia, a well respected Realtor in the GTA. Amit introduced us to several projects with reputable builders like Amacon, Daniels, Pinnacle etc and explained pros and cons of each project in detail based on his local knowledge which made it very easy for us to understand and make an informed buying decision. My wife and me ended up buying a 1 bedroom condo for our son at the Parkside Village project phase 3 - here Amit again proved his worth by negotiating favorable terms with the builder like cap on development charges, free assignment, stainless steel appliances etc adding immense value to the final outcome. We were very satisfied as Amit had simplified the whole process. Besides downtown, Amit also showed us several home projects in great neighbourhoods around Mississauga for future upsizing consideration - we referred our friends who ended up buying a semi detached home in the Churchill Meadows in West Mississauga and they are very happy buyers.Amit was very professional and honest while helping us list our home.
