About Alton Village
Alton Village is located in the northeast part of Burlington. It is flanked by Appleby Line on the east, Walker’s Line on the west, Dundas on the south, and the 407 ETR on the north. It is Burlington’s newest neighbourhood.
Alton Village features urban home designs with beautiful streetscapes. Nature and tranquility are plentiful thanks to the Niagara Escarpment. These beautiful sights are balanced with numerous amenities, many of which are just a short walk away for the residents of Alton Village.
There is a lot of outdoor activity available for young and older children, and even adults.
The Norton Community Park features a skate park, the Palladium Park features playground for kids and a soccer field and the Doug Wright Park features a baseball diamond and a playground for kids. The Haber Recreation Centre provides a swimming pool and a library. Walk lovers can enjoy the long trail from Appleby Line to Walker’s line.
