M City Prices Floor Plans Worksheets – Baker Real Estate launched the much awaited M City Condos project today at Cineplex Cinemas in Square One, Mississauga. It was an exclusive Broker launch event and 3-4 theatres were filled with Brokers and Agents, all eager to hear about this exciting builder new condo project in Mississauga.
It was a big turnout and M City’s Phase 1, Tower 1 should be sold out within a week to 10 days time. The Federal Budget announcements today has nothing alarming that could impact the real estate market in Canada for now.
Securing a condo suite at M City is almost like winning a lottery. The first tower, which is set to become Mississauga’s tallest condo tower at 60 storeys, will have 776 condo suites. In terms of the public interest, there are about 5-6 eager buyers for each condo suite. While Realtors are to submit worksheets on behalf of our clients, there is no guarantee that you will be able to secure a unit of your choice, or any unit for that matter.

How M City prices compete with today’s Square One prices?
To begin with there has been a lot of interest in M City condos. Now that the prices have been launched, the demand will only increase as the prices are absolutely fantastic. As I have reported in my Square One Condo Market March 2017 Report, the resale condos in Mississauga are going for approx. $580 per sq ft. M City condos are available at approx. $625 per sq ft (limited time VIP Broker prices, including one parking and one locker). Bear in mind that the occupancy date is in 2021. So you are looking at $625 per sq ft price 4-5 years from now.
First phase is the best time to buy as prices go up after the first phase.
In terms of pricing, I give M City a double thumbs up! I am sure being the first phase of M City, the first tower is strategically priced. Very soon the second tower will be launched looking into the demand and buzz this project has created. The second and subsequent towers will obviously be more expensive than the first one.

If you wondering about direction of the suite for views, please bear in mind that Square One is a condo hub and you could be facing other condo buildings. However, the design of the entire M City project is such so as to maximize sunlight. If you are lucky you can secure a good view.
All floor plans are absolutely gorgeous, practical, conventional and maximize use of space. While the first tower at M City will have a unique zig-zag shape, the suite layouts are not impacted by it. The floor plates shift after every seven floors to get the architectural design of the building from the exterior and to maintain nice suite layouts.
Procedure for Purchasing M City Condo at Phase 1, Tower 1
- VIP Brokers have to electronically submit worksheets for their clients on the project site.
- Worksheets are being accepted beginning today: March 22, 2017.
- Clients are requested to IMMEDIATELY REVIEW PRICE LISTS AND PROVIDE ME WITH UP TO 5 SUITE OPTIONS.
- Clients to also provide me with a valid government ID such as Driver’s License.
- As soon as I receive your suite selections and government ID, I will upload your request on the builder’s site.
- You will be contacted by telephone if your request to purchase form has been fulfilled. An appointment will be made by the builder to meet with you and me together for signing. Appointments to commence April 1, 2017
- Powers of Attorney will be accepted provided notarized documentation is presented at point of sale.
