There are no balconies in these four Hillcrest condo buildings. However, the suites come with solariums which provide a feeling of openness. Monthly condo maintenance fee includes common element maintenance, heat, hydro and water.  Hydro is included which is unique to a few condo buildings only in Mississauga.

Hillcrest condo buildings provide amenities like exercise room, recreation room, sauna, security guard, security system and squash/racquet court. 135 Hillcrest condos have a tennis court as well.  But there is no swimming pool. Hillcrest condos are mostly pet friendly buildings.

Hillcrest – Making sense of buying older condos

Hillcrest condo buildings benefit from its AAA location and proximity to the Cooksville GO. Cooksville GO station has plans for a major revamp in the coming years. The condos are quite popular with people who take the GO train or bus and commute to downtown Toronto for work. Hillcrest buildings are also popular with students attending University of Toronto or Ryerson university. Investors like to buy at Hillcrest as these condos are in high demand for renting. Many Hillcrest condo suites have been upgraded or refurbished as these are older condos.

Local stores, restaurants, pharmacy, groceries and Tim Hortons are just a short walk away.  Hillcrest buildings are just minutes to the Square One shopping centre, theatres, restaurants, Trillium hospital, parks and schools. Nearby Thomas L Kennedy Secondary School is among one of the top schools in Mississauga.  There is an easy access to highways 401, 403 and the QEW.
