Parkside Condos at 4099 Brickstone Mews is the 3rd tower of Parkside’s mega project in Square One, Mississauga. The tower is also known as “Park Residences”. It was built in 2014. The Parkside condo development collectively is called Parkside Village.  Parkside Village is spread over 30 acres and is made up of high-rise condo buildings, mid-rise podiums, low-rise town homes, commercial blocks, green roofs and parks. There is approximately 50,000 sq ft of shared amenities between Parkside Condos at 4065 & 4099 Brickstone Mews and 4070 Confederation Parkway. These three towers are part of the first phase of Parkside Village. These towers are known as Parkside Residences; The Grand Residences and The Park Residences.

At the base of the towers, there is about 65,000 sq ft of commercial space. Some of the well known commercial establishments include RBC, Starbucks, and Panago Pizza. There is also a pharmacy, medical clinic, barber shop, aesthetic salon, physiotherapy and a convenience store.

Parkside condos come with beautiful and contemporary finishes, 9-10 ft high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, under-mount sinks, and gleaming laminate floors. Some suites have bigger layouts, private balconies and provide gorgeous views of Mississauga skyline.

4099 Brickstone Mews is a pets friendly building with an outdoor roof-top dog friendly pooch patio.  1 parking and 1 locker is standard with every suite. Monthly maintenance or condo fee includes water, central air conditioning, parking, building insurance, heat and common elements.

This tower had its initial teething problems concerning elevators and plumbing issues following completion, like the other two condos at Parkside. These issues were resolved by the management and the builder and things are looking pretty good as of Dec 2016.
