Mississauga Home Prices – Q2 2016 Market Update

Mississauga home prices are on fire. Homes get sold in a matter of days.  All home categories are doing well. The price gap between low rise homes and high rise homes has increased many folds. The high rise market in Mississauga is now seeing a flurry in activity from both investors and first time buyers. We had talked about this type of trend in our Mississauga Square one real estate update in Dec 2015.

The Places to Grow Act 2005 review is going on which will lay the blue print for things to come in the near future. If builders receive access to more land for development, then this will ease the shortage in home supply, which is the main cause of real estate price growth in addition to the other economic factors.
