PSV One and PSV 2 are soaring 48 storey & 42 storey condominium towers, respectively, on the corner of Burnhamthorpe Rd and Confederation Parkway. These towers are expected to be ready for occupancy in 2016. Both these towers will share 30,000 sq ft of amenities that Parkside Village has to offer. Assignment Condos at PSV One, PSV 2
A few assignment condo opportunities exist in these two buildings with us. Assignment sale means when the original owner sells his condo before final closing. Hence it is not a resale condo, and the new buyer receives the title of ownership from the builder directly. These condos are slated for completion in early 2017.
