Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m so glad we decided to work with Amit Kalia to purchase our new home. His service was truly exceptional. He has an excellent understanding of the market and was incredibly supportive every step of the way as our little family made the move to our next home.

From the very beginning, he took the time to understand our requirements and preferences, and throughout the process he remained extremely responsive and available whenever we needed guidance. He consistently shared relevant listings and provided valuable insights and expertise during showings, which helped us make confident decisions.

Amit was also patient while we took the time we needed to find the perfect home, always prioritizing what was best for our family. Thanks to his guidance and negotiation skills, we were able to secure a great place.

Even after closing, he continued to be helpful with maintenance-related questions and support, which truly shows how much he cares about his clients.

I would absolutely recommend Amit to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I found Amit via a simple internet search and thank goodness we did! We were first time home buyers without much knowledge about the real estate market in Canada but we were guided through every step of the way and Amit was very calm and patient with our questions, doubts and anxieties. Amit is very sincere and has a commendable work ethic. We are so grateful to Amit-Harjit team for helping us find our first home!

I would not hesitate to work with Amit on our next property related business and I would totally recommend him to my family and friends 😁

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn’t recommend the Kalia Realty Team more highly! They were instrumental throughout our 30 years of owning and ultimately selling our rental property in Mississauga.

Over the years, they worked tirelessly to find excellent tenants and ensure the property was well cared for. When it was time to sell, they once again went above and beyond—coordinating everything needed to get the home in top shape, handling the details, and spending countless hours showing the property to find the right buyer.

Because we live a distance away, it was incredibly reassuring to know we could completely trust the Kalia Team to oversee everything. Their professionalism, dedication, responsiveness, and personal care made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

We are truly grateful for everything they have done over the years and would wholeheartedly recommend the Kalia Realty Team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and exceptional real estate team!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We met with Amit in 2017 intending to buy a pre-construction condo in Mississauga within our budget. He covered in detail the process of buying a pre-construction condo, what to expect when buying, and the closing costs associated with the purchase with an example. We were very impressed with Amit's vast knowledge regarding condos and the market. We decided to work with Amit to find us a suitable pre-construction condo. Amit took us to good builders in the area and explained each project to us in detail. He was able to get us a great deal on a pre-construction condo with nice incentives and a friendly deposit structure. He also recommended us to a reputed mortgage agent at a bank of our choice and a professional lawyer. This made our pre-construction buying process very simple and stress-free. Since then, for any real estate market advice, we're calling Amit for suggestions and he's always helpful and shows a lot of patience in explaining the pros and cons of the context. Thank you Amit for all your help!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was a pleasure in having Amit Kalia’s team members of Pratham Kalia and Bridgette Chung sell my home.
From the initial interview with them in deciding on a listing realtor, I was impressed with both of them.
They were knowledgeable about the current local real estate market and they came to the interview prepared with information to help me in making my decision. They were very professional, personable and thorough in their approach, with excellent communication skills. And they were successful in attracting good offers and ultimately a sale in very good time. I would highly recommend Pratham and Bridgette as excellent realtors for selling or buying your home, and would definitely call on them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In 2005 when we relocated from India/UAE to Canada, we were referred to Amit Kalia by one of our friend. Having known our requirement, Amit took ever step in not only providing his expert knowledge and professional guidance on every property and neighborhood in Mississauga. He also advised us on legal paper work, guided through negotiation, mortgage process and closing our first home in Canada. We appreciation all his hard work, professionalism and attention paid to the details. To date we have concluded not just one but three transcation with Amit.

Amit has exceeded our expectations by far in bringing value to the table. Amit is a wonderful agent and such an all-around generous, patient and kind person!!! We will certainly recommend Amit`s services to any of our friends who are now or might be coming to Canada to settle down.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an overall great experience when we sought professional services from Amit (Team Kalia) to buy an investment condo and then to rent it. He is a patient listener, he understood our requirements and provided us tailor-made strategies and recommendations. He educated us and kept us informed about the condo corporation rules, Ministry rules, and all the regulations that we need to be aware as an investor and as landlords. He always provided a detailed explanation to all our questions/doubts. When buying the condo, he negotiated the price that fit our budget and bank approval (without compromising on the unit we liked). He provided his recommendations and educated us on how to prepare a unit for leasing. We will definitely avail real estate services from Amit in future too. Thank you Amit and Team Kalia for ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for this real-estate deal and thank you for all your valuable suggestions!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Buying home is one of the biggest decisions of life for most of the people. For first time home buyers, you do need right guidance and support from Realtor who can help you with the process and get you best deal that fits your requirements and budget. I am glad to get all the support and guidance from Shweta Raghavendra of Team Kalia. It took a while for me to finalize property but Shwetha has been very patient all the time and showed me properties of my interest. She also did assessments for the properties i liked prior to booking showing and suggested if i should go with it or not. She also ensured i put the right offers that is worth for the property. Today, I am very happy to write this review from my first home as a happy home buyer who got the best deal. I also want to thank Amit Kalia for sharing his insights and explain things that i was not aware of and guiding me to close the sale.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Exceptional Full-Service Realtors – Highly Recommend!

Amit and Pratham were incredible to work with from start to finish. Selling my first home felt overwhelming at first, but they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond by not only handling the sale but also helping with renovations—sourcing reliable and well-priced contractors to get my home market-ready.

They were always thoughtful, patient, and ready to answer any questions I had along the way. When an initial buyer dropped out (through no fault of theirs), they wasted no time securing another offer—well above asking!—within just 24 hours. Their expertise, dedication, and full-service approach truly set them apart.

If you're looking for realtors who are proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for you, I highly recommend Amit and Pratham!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had a wonderful experience working with Shalu Singh Realtor, who went above and beyond in helping me secure a new home for my family. In March 2025, I was given short notice by my family that they were returning to Canada from India, and I needed to find a home that would be commutable, close to daycare options for my 17-month-old toddler, and in a safe, family-friendly community.
Shalu truly understood my situation and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Right from the beginning, she listened to my requirements carefully and showed me a couple of fantastic units that matched exactly what I needed. The very first home she showed me was exactly what I had envisioned — she knew exactly what I was looking for!
Even when it came to negotiating with the landlord, Shalu worked tirelessly on my behalf, and I felt she always had my best interests at heart. She didn’t just stop once the lease was signed — she continued to bridge all the paperwork, checks, and utility registrations to make sure everything was perfect for my move-in.
On the day of moving, Shalu even visited me in person to give me a tour of the facilities and amenities, ensuring I felt comfortable and settled. In the first few days after moving in, she was always available to answer my questions and even offered tips and recommendations to help my family settle in quickly, including searching for the best daycare options nearby.
Shalu’s warmth, dedication, and genuine care made this experience truly exceptional. In today’s challenging rental market, finding a realtor who is not only professional but also empathetic and proactive is a rare blessing. I’m so grateful for all her help and highly recommend Shalu to anyone looking for a realtor who goes the extra mile to ensure you’re happy and settled in your new home.
Thank you, Shalu Singh Realtor, for making this such a positive and memorable experience for me and my family!
