Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently purchased our first home in Canada with Team Kalia, and we are very happy with their exceptional service. Amit and Shalu provided an outstanding buyer session, ensuring we were well-informed about the real estate market and various aspects of home buying. They also connected us with lenders, home inspectors, and lawyers, making the entire process seamless. Their prompt responses to our inquiries made us feel valued and supported every step of the way. We look forward to working with Team Kalia again in the future and highly recommend first-time buyers to use their services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional, knowledgeable and cooperative. Helped to understand the values, pricing and investment opportunities of investment properties in Mississauga. At a later date, about 6 months later when i needed a copy of my tenants lease and sent him an email request for the same, he responded back with a copy with a couple of minutes. So, very organized as well. Will recommend him with out any hesitation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amit Kalia and Shalu Singh helped us buy our dream, first home. As a first time home buyer, they completely put us at ease and took the time to walk us through the entire process and answer all our questions, big and small. They were transparent and honest, providing us with a wealth of information and analysis on interested listings, which really showcased their experience and knowledge. They were always available at a moment's notice, extremely proactive, guided us on key things to keep in mind as we viewed listings and were truly invested in getting us the best deal and home. Not only were they professional, they were also extremely warm and approachable, truly listening to our preferences and requirements. They also went above and beyond with excellent recommendations on other services (lawyers, lenders, inspectors, etc) that are needed through the home buying process. Buying a home is a big decision and there is no one I would recommend more than Amit and Shalu to be in your corner as reliable and trustworthy partners to make the journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We reached out to many brokers/agents but one call with Amit and team and we were sold due to transparency shown by Amit. Being on Work permit and buying a house can be an uphill task but Amit & Team walked us through the process, connected us to lawyers. Harjit was great to work as she provided unbiased inputs during house visits and Amit provided his experienced inputs. We could not have bought our first house without their inputs and are super happy with the purchase.

We engaged with Amit again to buy our second house. Amit was quick to understand our requirements and worked on shortlisting properties that align to them. He provided great insights during visits (and in many cases worked on our behalf to reject projects, as he understood our goals so well). Amit works for his clients and goes over and beyond in getting them what they want. We happily bought our second house with Amit's guidance.

If you are looking to buy a property, talk to Amit and Team once. You won't be disappointed.

A Very Happy Home Owner

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amit helped me look for my first investment property in Toronto. He was very patient through the process and spent a lot of time informing us about the real estate market in Toronto. Foremost, he was very honest with his advice. We purchased the property over 10 years ago - Amit to this day still helps us find tenants and coordinates the rental process. Amit always goes above and beyond – I don’t think you can find a better realtor in Toronto area.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Amit's services recently to purchase an investment property on an Assignment. He structured the clear and detailed assignment agreement, kept fair for both parties assignor and assignee, and provided unbiased view through out the process.

Even though it took longer than expected to complete the assignment and there were some complexities and stressful situations but Amit made him always available promptly to provide transparent, honest advice and expertise that helped us to take the right decision.

He is very professional, trustworthy, ethical and a great person. We would highly recommend Amit's professional services to anyone looking for doing any real estate transaction.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been working with Amit for almost ten years, and his service has been nothing short of exceptional. Across countless transactions, both buying and renting properties here in Canada, he has never once failed in a detail, with every process being perfectly executed and completely error-free.
Amit consistently finds properties that serve as both wonderful homes for our family and good investments, adding significant value. His market knowledge is unparalleled. Beyond just finding properties he has also introduced us to trusted professionals, including the excellent lawyers we continue to use for all our property matters to this day.
So if you are looking for a high-performing agent who always delivers, expert investment guidance, and absolute peace of mind, we recommend Amit without reservation. Jackie

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amit Kalia and his team helped me buy my first home. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. Amit understood what I was looking for in terms of space, location and budget, and provided lots of listings to choose from based on my preferences. His team followed up with me regularly for showings and property recommendations. As a first time buyer, working with him was very pleasant as he was honest, explained little details I otherwise wouldn’t have known and gave helpful advise based on his years of experience in the real estate industry. He uses a step by step approach, connecting you to the right people and leading you to make the right decisions. Thanks to Team Kalia, I got exactly what I wanted and am happy with my purchase and buying experience. I would definitely recommend team Kalia to anyone looking to buy a property in the GTA.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a fantastic experience with Amit and Pratham Kalia as our brokers. Even though we were working within a tight deadline, they helped us find a handful of properties that met all requirements we were looking for. Pratham shared his expert opinion on the nuanced pros and cons of each property which helped us in our final decision. We are very pleased with the price, quality, and speed of the property purchase. Pratham and Amit conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and integrity and we are very pleased with having them as our real estate brokers and partners.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Exceptional Full-Service Realtors – Highly Recommend!

Amit and Pratham were incredible to work with from start to finish. Selling my first home felt overwhelming at first, but they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond by not only handling the sale but also helping with renovations—sourcing reliable and well-priced contractors to get my home market-ready.

They were always thoughtful, patient, and ready to answer any questions I had along the way. When an initial buyer dropped out (through no fault of theirs), they wasted no time securing another offer—well above asking!—within just 24 hours. Their expertise, dedication, and full-service approach truly set them apart.

If you're looking for realtors who are proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for you, I highly recommend Amit and Pratham!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We met with Amit in 2017 intending to buy a pre-construction condo in Mississauga within our budget. He covered in detail the process of buying a pre-construction condo, what to expect when buying, and the closing costs associated with the purchase with an example. We were very impressed with Amit's vast knowledge regarding condos and the market. We decided to work with Amit to find us a suitable pre-construction condo. Amit took us to good builders in the area and explained each project to us in detail. He was able to get us a great deal on a pre-construction condo with nice incentives and a friendly deposit structure. He also recommended us to a reputed mortgage agent at a bank of our choice and a professional lawyer. This made our pre-construction buying process very simple and stress-free. Since then, for any real estate market advice, we're calling Amit for suggestions and he's always helpful and shows a lot of patience in explaining the pros and cons of the context. Thank you Amit for all your help!
