He was very professional and thorough and catches the little details you cannot imagine. In structuring our buyers agreement, he made sure he was detailed in our conditions (much like a lawyer), which greatly helped when we had a dispute with the seller (and was quickly resolved due to Amit's great writing of conditions). Amit showed us many properties and never showed any displeasure in doing so and was always enthusiastic. I highly recommend Amit. He is very knowledgeable and makes the process easier for you.

As it was a very big decision for us, both Amit and Pratham took time to educate us on the entire process and were extremely thorough. They referred us to a great mortgage broker, lawyer and home inspector. Pratham is a hard working professional who worked around the clock despite his busy schedule. He listened and knew exactly what we wanted in a house that would best accommodate our family. Knowing our price range and desired area Pratham found several suitable homes for us. He is such a true professional who cares about his clients like a friend or family and handle every single matter personally so we (as client) feel so satisfied. I have multiple experiences to work with Amit on real estate transactions and with every closing, Amit proved to be more trustable than in the past. Recently, I have one of my friend whose property was left over in extremely bad shape located in London Ontario for past several years and the property owner was also non resident of Canada and didn't have visa to travel and complete the selling formalities. Amit visited the unit by completing procedure to get unit keys in owner's absence and devised a renovation plan as the unit was left idle (unused) for past several years. The whole renovation was done under Amit's supervision. After renovation completion, Amit listed the unit and got multiple offers within 24-hours and the deal was closed as well at the higher price compared with listed price and the owner's expectations. The additional services which were provided for this transaction was handling the whole process for a non resident and completely in his absence in Canada. I must say that anyone interested in real estate transaction in Canada should talk to Amit before making any decision on buying, selling, renting etc. He is an expert of his field and can work on your behalf trustfully whether you are a resident or non resident. He covered in detail the process of buying a pre-construction condo, what to expect when buying, and the closing costs associated with the purchase with an example. We were very impressed with Amit's vast knowledge regarding condos and the market. We decided to work with Amit to find us a suitable pre-construction condo. Amit took us to good builders in the area and explained each project to us in detail. He was able to get us a great deal on a pre-construction condo with nice incentives and a friendly deposit structure. He also recommended us to a reputed mortgage agent at a bank of our choice and a professional lawyer. This made our pre-construction buying process very simple and stress-free. Since then, for any real estate market advice, we're calling Amit for suggestions and he's always helpful and shows a lot of patience in explaining the pros and cons of the context.
