Tallest Condo Tower Mississauga – M City Phase 1
Tallest Condo Tower Mississauga is set to come up at Roger’s M City condos project at Square One, Mississauga. The first phase of the much anticipated M City condo development at Confederation Pkwy and Burnhamthorpe Rd will be a 60-storey high condo tower, which will be the tallest building in Mississauga. The second highest tower in Mississauga is Absolute Condo which is 56 storeys high.
Up until now, Mississauga skyline has been dominated by the curvy Marilyn Monroe or Absolute condos on Hurontario St and Burnhamthorpe Rd. M City’s flagship 60 storey high building will also boast of an ultra modern zig zag look. Now the city view from east to west will be marked with two glamorously designed buildings.
The winning firm, CORE Architects was selected from three Toronto firms for its rectangular floor plate design. This design is not only visually arresting but it said to provide conventional and efficient floor plans.

It is a massive undertaking of $1.5 billion and will redefine condo living in the City Centre area of Mississauga.
